Dry whey demineralized SD-40

Dry demineralized whey SD-40 (hereinafter - the product) is manufactured according to TS BY 100098867.219-2007 and it is made from pasteurized dairy cheese unsalted serum. 
Taste and smell of the product is specific, whey, sweet without foreigh tastes and odors.Salty-sweet taste is possible. Appearance: finely pulverized dry powder. The lumps which are easily scattered at mechanical influence are allowed. Color: from white to cream.
